Aaand I need to get back into an exercise routine. I was doing really good walking but now that it's freezing out I'm thinking yoga, inside..where it's warm. What do you guys do to stay fit in the dead of winter, besides the gym? I loathe it.

I loathe it when it's busy!! even
going late at night doesn't get around
that sometimes, but it's pretty big so
there's always a quiet spot. Yoga
sounds a great idea. if you do it you
definitely need to do a post on it.
