It definitely feels like May..warm spring breeze, sunshine, and flowers! I've been busy in the studio working on new handmade pieces and attempting to get my vintage shop up again. I always seem to take on too many projects..and get distracted by pretty things easily! Yesterday felt like the perfect time to take a little break. Do you ever have days where you just want to hang out with yourself and do things you love? Thrifting, chinese food, redbox movie. Exciting stuff, I know haha As much as I loved the break I was back at it after Luke went to bed. I'm such a night owl, some of my best work is done after 2am haha!
Night time is really the best time to work. All the ideas are there to be yours because everyone else is asleep.

My bedside table makes me seriously happy lately. I guess this is the grown up equivalent of having stuffed animals lining my entire bed..all of my friends are here!

wow! your photos are lovely.... i've embarked on a late night arts and crafts binge here and there, so i totally understand. what are you drinking in that photo? those green and pink soda bottles look delicious! tell me where i can get that! :)
