Isn't it amazing how a totally random song can remind you of a certain time or place? I remember going through Luke's music when we were first dating and playing this..he starting singing it to me and I've been in love ever since haha I'm pretty sure I even had the same super short haircut!
I've been feeling kind of blah lately so I put on some of my favorite springtime pretties to spend some time at Pleasant Ridge. Perfect weather and sunsety goodness makes me a happy girl! We already missed most of the flowering trees, I swear some of them blossom and die within a week..wish they would stick around all spring!
I've been patiently waiting for the two apple blossom trees in the front of our house to finally bloom. I had to bring a few sprigs inside, they were just too pretty to resist! I've been working on this big arse house of ours a lot lately and it's been taking up most of my time, seems like the projects are never ending. Be careful what you wish for..why did my dream house have to be giant and over 150 years old?!
